So as you know every week on Thursday we have Technology, My group is in cooking and last week had made Hotcakes but this week we made my personal favourite meal... NACHOS! Before we got started with the cooking we had to do somethings to get us started; We started off by walking into the backroom and put our netbook and that away since we don't need it for cooking unless we were going to cook our netbooks but anyway we put our netbooks away, put aprons on, got our equipment and went with our buddies (Mine was Stephney). After all that we went through the 4 rules we should follow:
- FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
- READ INSTRUCTIONS CORRECTLY
- KNOW HOW TO MEASURE CORRECTLY
- SHOW RESPECT
I really need to remember these rules, especially the last one because they are really helpful!

The ingredients you will need is:
Half an onion
Mince
Bake beans (Optional)
Tomato Puree and Tomato pasta together
and Cheese
There were 6 simple steps to make these delicious nacho's and they were:
- First Dice the onion and fry untill soft
-Add the mince till brown
-Add the Tomato paste and Puree
- Stir for 5 min
-Add cheese in the mince
-Serve on a plate with more cheese and enjoy!
